Process, Resource, and Systems Management

  • As Director of Creative Services at Springs Global (2001-2005), I successfully restructured a department of thirteen associates by negotiating contracts with suppliers. Instituted more efficient workflow processes, along with new technologies, resulting in savings of $1.5M over three years

  • Reduced packaging development time at Springs Global by approximately 50%, providing company with "speed to market" edge over competitors

 

Brand, Business, and Identity Building

  • Created brand identity/voice for Robin Wilson Home, a start-up manufacturer of bedding, home furnishings and spa products. Developed retail presentation that drove the most successful home fashion brand launch in Bed Bath & Beyond history

  • Led development of retail presentation for The Right Towel at  JCPenney that resulted in the most successful bath product launch in the company's history

  • As GCD at Tracy-Locke/TLP (1997-2001), led creative teams in execution of highly successful promotional tie-ins with major entertainment partners LucasFilm and Pixar on behalf of PEPSICO clients Frito-Lay (Toy Story) and Pizza Hut (Star Wars)

  • Successfully led launch of Perfect Fit brand, from foundational research to execution of brand presentation across the entire product line. Brand added $10M to the company's bottom line

  • Led Springs Global Creative Services team to designation as Walmart Category Captain for bedding

 

E-Commerce Management

  • As head of Perfect Fit, LLC e-commerce business unit (2009-2013), led growth from $2M to $7M over three years through new customer acquisition, expanded product assortments and optimized product presentations (copy and imagery) for web
